Job Title:** **Machine Operator (Lamination / Press Machines)

**Location:** Shelbyville, Kentucky

**Shift:** Night Shift

Pay $19/hr- $23/hr

**Start Date:** ASAP

Company Overview:

Looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Shelbyville, KY. This role involves operating lamination machines, press machines, or similar industrial equipment during night shifts to ensure smooth production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate lamination machines, press machines, or other industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

+ Follow safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.

+ Maintain accurate production logs and report any issues promptly.

Requirements:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience operating industrial machinery (lamination, press, or similar).

+ Ability to work night shifts consistently.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Must be able to start immediately.
