    We're Hiring: Industrial Painter / Sprayer – Englewood, CO

     

    Are you someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and creating flawless finishes? We're looking for a **Skilled Industrial Painter/Sprayer** to join our team and help bring innovative, artistic, and structural projects to life.

     

    This role puts your talent front and center. You’ll work with advanced spray systems, urethane coatings, and a variety of materials—all in a safety‑focused, hands‑on production environment.

     

    Position:** **Industrial Painter/Sprayer

     

    Pay:** **$23.00/hour

     

    Shift:** **1st Shift | Monday–Friday

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver smooth, defect‑free coated products

    + Operate and maintain high‑pressure spray proportioning equipment

    + Apply urethane coatings to EPS, fiberglass, and sculpted materials

    + Use high‑pressure spray systems for protective & decorative basecoats

    + Clean and maintain spray guns, mixers, rotisseries & paint booths

    + Safely mount materials for coating using rotisserie systems

    + Document labor hours and material usage accurately

    + Maintain a clean, organized, safety‑compliant workspace

    + Support additional painting/coating maintenance tasks as needed

    What You Bring

    + Strong experience with spray guns, coating techniques & finishing

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull heavy materials

    + Knowledge of tools/equipment used in spray‑coating environments

    + Understanding of coating‑related safety practices & proper PPE

    + Familiarity with proper material/tool storage procedures

    This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
