Position Summary

CVS Health’s internal creative agency, Heart Haus, is seeking a **Generative Content Designer** to develop AI-powered systems that automate and scale content creation. This role combines technical expertise with creative strategy to deliver high-quality, personalized content across text, images, audio, and video.

Roles & Responsibilities

+ Design and optimize AI-powered workflows for large-scale content generation.

+ Translate brand guidelines into reusable creative components for AI systems.

+ Develop prompts and strategies to guide generative AI models.

+ Establish quality standards and integrate human-in-the-loop processes.

+ Partner with creative teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years in design or creative production with hands-on generative AI experience.

+ Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven projects.

+ Expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design.

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MAC systems.

+ Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway).

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in large organizations or creative agencies.

+ Background in retail or healthcare industries.

+ Knowledge of MRM tools (e.g., Workfront).

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Education

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
