    Position Summary

    + Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.

    + Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.

    + Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.

    + Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.

    + Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.

    + Supports Data Services Change Management and Process optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.

    + Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

    + Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work.

    + Supports applicable Open Enrollment activities related to establishing and updating company benefits.

    Required Qualifications

    + Must reside in Arizona.

    + At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

    + Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Excellent organization and time management skills.

    + Basic communication skills.

    Education

    + High school diploma or GED.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $17.00 - $28.46

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
