To
perform all the necessary steps to assemble materials into lower molds with emphasis
on Blade Packing.
PRE-REQUISITEREQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Must be able to read, write and speak
the English language fluently.
3. Ability
to use hand & power tools and lifting equipment (gantry cranes).
4. Possess
or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test
requirements.
5. Possess
or have ability to acquire LOTO certification.
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:
1. The employee must certify on packing
standards for blades.
2. Ability to read and understand metric
measuring system

The
following are the major job duties, but this job description does not preclude
the performance of other duties by the incumbent.
1. Receive and perform work assignments,
oral and/or written and follow work instructions.
2. Assemble and document blade assembly.
3. Interpret drawings, sketches, etc. to
obtain materials, tools, and dimensional information to perform essential
functions of the job with minimal supervision.
4. Set up, operate, and maintain a variety
of equipment to assemble, inspect, and evaluate parts per accepted Siemens or
industry standards.
5. Insert the web and mandrels (dorns) as
needed.
6. Perform visual inspections of specific equipment
and tools required for each task or assignment.
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrate
the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of
accuracy.
2. Demonstrate
proficiency in SAP and other MS Office computer tools
3. Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
on a regular basis
4. Sit,
stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day
5. Available
for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days
