We are seeking an experienced Operational Key Account Manager to join our Sea Logistics team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, clarify operational requirements, and drive customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, manage compliance and RFQ processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
How you create impact
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalations.
+ Clarify, negotiate, and formalize operational requirements and KPIs with customers.
+ Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and process optimization.
+ Support RFQ processes, maintain customer data, and validate rate cards.
+ Analyze performance metrics, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement.
+ Prepare and present KPI reports and business review materials.
+ Manage customer-driven projects and facilitate onboarding for new business.
What we would like you to bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.
+ 4+ years in operations and/or sales within sea logistics.
+ Strong knowledge of import/export operations and compliance.
+ Proven ability to manage internal resources through influence and leadership.
+ Experience in customer relationship management and onboarding new business.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-KE1
