    + Work alongside Supervision and the employees in the Laser Shop assisting in maintaining a safe work environment.

    + Meeting customer demand while maintaining quality requirements and managing cost.

    + Participating in the coaching and development of employees.

    + Always supporting the company’s metrics.

    + Be able to assist in problem solving and contribute in solutions.

    + Be able to deliver clear and concise direction to employees to keep them on task.

    + Be able to multi-task throughout the day.

    + Computer skills: Microsoft office & Epicor.

     

    This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.
