Siemens Fort Worth, TX, is growing and looking to add a Project Management Administrator to their team. The Project Management Administrator will support our core team, and internal customers deliver exceptional results while being efficient.

You will make an impact by:

+ Provide timely responses to internal customers, including project timeline inquiries, advance warning of production/shipping delays, and entry order/order rescheduling.

+ Facilitate timely responses and solutions to internal customers by utilizing available resources or collaborating in the creation of procedures for resolution.

+ Interface with project management, customer service and other functions on product delivery and order management issues.

+ Document and elaborate solutions on production risks and issues that affect customer need-by-date schedule.

+ Demonstrate a competency level of product, production process and capabilities as well as the SAP order management system.

+ Optimize information workflow from external customers to all functions across factory.

+ Train peers as appropriate.

+ Foster and maintain a positive customer centric environment.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting manufacturing.

+ Demonstrated ability to identify a problem, isolate cause and drive resolution.

+ Demonstrated logical and efficient reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialized skill training/certification may be required. Associates degree in related discipline is preferred.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting industrial or electrical distribution and products.

+ SAP system knowledge/experience

+ Work experience in the manufacturing industry

+ Familiarity with lean principles
