    _Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Radiographer_ _Signing Bonus for Eligible Candidates_

     

    Work location: 6301 Harris Parkway - Suite 300 Fort Worth, Texas 76132

     

    Work environment: Texas Hip and Knee Fort Worth

     

    Work hours: Full -Time, 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

    Department Highlights:

    * No On-Call

    Here's What You Need:

    * High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

    * Completion of an AART-approved Limited Radiologic Technology Education Program (REQUIRED)

    * Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (PREFERRED)

    * One year of Clinical Radiologic Technology experience (PREFERRED)

    * AART, BCLS and ACLS upon hire (REQUIRED)

    What You Will Do:

    * Produce and perform diagnostic radiographs procedures, to be interpreted by the physician or radiologist

    * Take X-Rays of various portions of the body in order to diagnosis disease or injury; positions patients and adjusts equipment for taking diagnostic images flowing established procedures

    * Examines radiology film and/or digital exams for properties such as density and contracts, definition, magnification and distortion

    * Maintains radiographic log, in accordance with the policy, taking responsibility for documentation of exam, patient's name, and/or retake reason

    * Follows principles of safety, radiation protection , and the general comfort and care of the patient
