    Job Summary

    The Lead Team Member Production is responsible for the Standard Operating Procedures within the department in the absence of the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and direct team member's efforts, within their designated area, to insure an orderly and efficient operation.

    + Monitor adherence to all company work rules and policies.

    + Monitor adherence to all company GMP's.

    + Monitor adherence to all safety and sanitation practices and procedures.

    + Initiate position rotation.

    + Designate breaks for team members.

    + Complete all required documentation within their assigned area.

    + Report all team member and/or operational issues or incidents to the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader immediately.

    + Perform all related duties as assigned.
