Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist and deliver exceptional service to our customers and their pets. In this role, you will:

+ Provide customer service with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience

+ Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems efficiently

+ Adapt quickly to each customer interaction—inbound, outbound, and written—via email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions

+ Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed

+ Communicate with colleagues across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities

+ Maintain a positive and professional attitude, keeping our pet patients and customers at the center of everything you do

Required Skills

+ Call center experience

+ Customer service expertise

+ Pharmacy technician experience or willingness to obtain a license

Additional Qualifications

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Proficient in administration and data entry

+ Comfortable completing on-site training and transitioning to a hybrid schedule

+ Willingness to obtain a pharmacy technician license

This is a Contract position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
