In this role, you’ll lead the effort to embed data protection into every third-party relationship we maintain. You’ll partner with Legal, Procurement, IT Security, and business teams to ensure our vendor contracts meet global privacy standards — and you’ll help build the frameworks that keep us ahead of regulatory change.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves problem‑solving, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to directly influence an organization’s privacy maturity.

+ Ensure all contractual language aligns with global privacy regulations and internal policies.
Compliance & Risk Management
+ Assess third‑party vendors for privacy compliance and maintain robust documentation of findings and risk decisions.
+ Monitor global regulatory changes (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, PIPL, and more) and update templates, guidance, and contract terms accordingly.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
+ Collaborate closely with Legal, Procurement, IT Security, InfoSec, and business teams to integrate privacy requirements into sourcing and contracting processes.
+ Serve as a subject‑matter expert on contractual privacy obligations and risk mitigation strategies.
Policy, Process & Program Development
+ Improve the contract lifecycle management process for privacy-related agreements.
+ Build internal playbooks, templates, and guidance documents to enable scalable and consistent privacy practices across the business.
What You BringEducation
+ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
Experience
+ 3–5 years of contract management or negotiation experience, preferably with a focus on privacy or data protection.
+ Strong familiarity with global privacy requirements: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, PIPL, and other emerging regulations.
+ Experience completing or drafting DPAs (experience working from templates is a plus).

+ Strong understanding of data protection principles and privacy risks
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with confidence
+ Familiarity with automation & workflow tools such as OneTrust and Jira
