Special Education Teacher (Essentials Classroom)

Schedule: 7:45 AM–2:25 PM | Up to 40 hrs/week

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Remainder of 25–26 School Year

+ A deeply supportive EC Department committed to student success

+ Accessible leadership—EC team provides consistent training, guidance, and mentorship

+ Deliver high-quality special education services for K–12 students

+ Collaborate with general education staff to develop and implement individualized programs

+ Provide specialized instruction, consultation, and ongoing support

+ Participate actively in team planning and student success initiatives

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

+ Valid state teaching certificate (required)

+ Special Education certification/LBS1 endorsement (preferred)

+ CPR, TB screening, and Health Certificate if applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ 1 year of teaching experience preferred
