    Occupational Therapist (OT) – $60–$65/hr – Phoenix, AZ – In-Person – 5 Months

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services for students in accordance with individualized plans of care. This role requires strong documentation and collaboration with educational teams.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Phoenix, AZ

    + Start Date: 01/26/2026

    + End Date: End of school year (approximately 5 months)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 40 per week

    + Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Openings: 1 position

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans

    + Provide and document therapy services per plan of care

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

    Requirements:

    + Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona

    + Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required

    + One year of prior OT experience preferred (school experience a plus)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + CPR certification if applicable

    + TB screening and health certificate per state guidelines
