    Pay: $23/hour

     

    Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 35 hours/week

     

    Start Date: ASAP through end of school year

     

    Program: Alpha Program

    About the Role

    We are seeking 2 dedicated Behavior Technicians assist with the Alpha Program, a specialized day program designed for Brownsburg students whose unique learning needs exceed the most intensive supports available in traditional school settings. The Alpha Program provides a small, structured environment focused on positive behavioral interventions and supports to help students improve social/emotional adjustment and prepare for a successful transition back to their home school.

     

    As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to implement educational and behavioral strategies that promote student success.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Facilitate educational and behavioral services for students with special needs.

    + Collaborate with teachers and behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals.

    + Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports in a structured setting.

    + Assist in monitoring and documenting student progress.

    + Support students in developing social/emotional skills for academic success.

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable).

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.
