Job Summary
The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent in coordinating and managing various aspects of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the following regularly:
+ Communicate with vendors and schedule deliveries
+ Prepare and post RFIs, ASIs, and COs
+ Track submittals and maintain documentation
+ Develop ROMs estimates and assist with pricing
+ Perform QA / QC checks
+ Prepare JHAs and support safety planning
+ Facilitate Toolbox Talks
+ Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
+ High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in or project coordination preferred
+ Knowledge of construction processes and documentation
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Familiarity with construction management software preferred

The work environment includes office settings and field locations. Field visits may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving mechanical parts. Safety gear may be required during site visits. Noise levels can range from moderate to loud.
