    Our client, a leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team in Leola, PA.

     

    This person is a dynamic leader who embodies servant leadership and operational excellence to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across a large-scale manufacturing operation. This individual will leverage data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and continuous improvement methodologies to inspire teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results.

     

    + Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service.

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.

    + Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

    + Build and develop a high-performing team across multiple operations.

    Competencies

    + Proven leadership managing department managers – with groups of 500+.

    + Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles – to include OpEx principles

    + Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Use of data to make decisions.

    Key Experience & Skills

    + Multi-shift or continuous operations.

    + Plastics processing or packaging industry.

    + Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
