• Lead Customer Relations Specialist

    The Lead Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) assists the supervisor in coordinating the daily activities of the Customer Relations Specialist. The Lead CRS will monitor workflow and quality, assist in the training process and perform all duties of a CRS. Responsible for assisting with the information needed to improve scheduling procedures and successfully collaborate with various departments that are supported by the EMG Call Center/McClellan Call Center. Supports all programs relating to marketing strategies and the enhancement of customer satisfaction and positive Hospital image.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred.

    Experience:

    + 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent preferred.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills and computer skills required.

    + Must be able to prioritize and adapt within a changing, fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to communicate effectively, possesses excellent customer service skills, and professionally handles stressful situations.

    + Must be proficient with computers, software, telephones and basic office equipment.

    Salary Range: $ 16.24-$24.11/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
