A little about the position:

Job Summary

We are opening a new location and looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead to help us successfully open and run this location. The Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead oversees the warehouse operations and the full-cycle delivery & shipment process. The Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead works with the team to improve the organization’s processes to ensure timely and accurate intake and output of ever-changing inventory in a safe and workable space.

Some of What You Will Do:

+ Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations for this location, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, storage, assembly/repair coordination, and outbound shipments while maintaining safe, organized, and efficient warehouse space.

+ Supervise and support warehouse staff, set daily priorities, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety, especially critical during the startup and stabilization of a new location.

+ Manage the full-cycle delivery and shipment process, ensuring deadlines are met, inventory levels are properly tracked, and customer and internal commitments are fulfilled without delays or errors.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

+ Prior warehouse or logistics supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing environment

+ Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

+ Ability to multitask and self-manage in a dynamic environment

+ Forklift certification

+ High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Range: $25 to $30/hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across the US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
