Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a seasonal Maintenance Laborer to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Maintenance Laborer, you will be responsible for performing building maintenance duties.

$18.00 - $19.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Order parts and maintain inventory as directed

+ Complete basic repair of assigned equipment and follow safety procedures at all times

+ Perform lifting, shoveling, cleanup work, snow and ice removal, and painting

+ Remodel and repair wooden structures, buildings, and their furnishings

+ Operate small power tools, shovels, rakes, and other maintenance tools

+ Operate company vehicles for transportation across the vehicle as needed

More about you

+ No high school diploma or GED required

+ Minimum of 6 months of experience in a maintenance or construction environment

+ A valid driver's license

Physical requirements

+ Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

+ Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

+ Ability to lift to 85 pounds occasionally
