Senior Manufacturing Technician-Robotics

Work Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
In this role, you will impact the production of critical aerospace components, ensuring that they meet stringent quality standards and specifications while optimizing production efficiency.
+ Operate and maintain machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
+ Please perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to make sure they comply with specifications.
+ Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role.
+ Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Experience with quality control principles and practices.
+ Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
+ Computer literacy.
+ Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
+ Experience leading a team of technicians.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
+ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Experience with Erowha robotics.
