As a ICS Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end production operations within our aerospace sector. Your leadership will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards.

You will report directly to our **ISC Operations Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Rocky Mount, NC** location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations. By leading a high-performing team, you will ensure that production goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

+ Lead and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

+ Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3 years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.

+ Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

+ Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and standards.

+ Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production management.

+ Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
