    + Cascade AI knowledge and best practices to the project delivery team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Core Skills

    + Project Planning & Execution: Ability to define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and deliver projects on schedule.

    + Risk Assessment: Identify potential project delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

    + Relationship Building: Build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

    + Transparent Communication: Provide clear, proactive updates and manage escalations effectively.
