Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree and a minimum of 7 years full-time relevant work experience or

+ Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years full-time relevant work experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, related business or technology aligned field and a minimum of 7 years full-time relevant work experience or

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, related business or technology aligned field and a minimum of 9 years full-time relevant work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Minimum 3 years in leadership roles overseeing AI/ML, data & analytics, or digital transformation programs, required

+ Demonstrated experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions, required

+ Proven experience managing product managers or leading cross-functional product teams, required

+ Experience managing across multiple concurrent delivery streams and vendor teams, required

+ Track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology products from concept through deployment, required

+ Experience with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, required

+ Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, required

+ Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives, required

+ Experience with AI/ML technologies and data platforms, required

+ Ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable delivery plans, required

+ Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with data engineers, data scientists, and platform teams, required

+ Familiarity with utilities, energy, or regulated industries, preferred

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
