**Hybrid Onsite | 4 days per week in Woodbridge, NJ**

_Rate: $52 - $58 / hr. w2_
Responsibilities:
+ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and system performance.
+ Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
+ Contribute to project planning activities including estimates, timelines, impact assessments, and ongoing status reporting.
+ Support SDLC compliance by preparing and maintaining documentation, work products, and design artifacts.
+ Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and participate in systems testing.
+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — review and validate defects, triage issues, and determine when change controls are required.
+ Assist in incident analysis and resolution of production issues and enhancement requests.
+ Prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and maintain organized project documentation.
Experience Requirements:
+ **2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial Auto.**
+ Experience supporting initiatives through the full systems development life cycle.
+ Demonstrated experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process documentation.
+ Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in an onsite team environment.
Education Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
