**Job Title:** Electronics Assembler

**Location:** Spartanburg, SC

**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role:

Join Anderson Instruments as an **Electronics Assembler** ! You’ll assemble small electronic and electro-mechanical components, following detailed instructions to produce high-quality products. Steady hands, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. Soldering or precision wiring experience is a plus but not required — we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble components to create finished products according to specifications

+ Calibrate and test components for proper function

+ Complete reporting, checklists, and data entry accurately

+ Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts used

+ Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

+ Attention to detail and willingness to learn

+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills

+ Soldering, precision wiring, or mechanical/technical experience is a plus

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $20.00 – $26.30 /hr
