Rather, we need someone who blends data expertise with strategic consulting and advising to integrate and bring our data to life for our customers.

What you ll lead in this role:

    Analytics Collaboration & Consulting

+ Consulting with COEs and business sectors: Collaborate closely with respective partners to understand their goals, challenges, and analytics needs, acting as a dedicated SME and trusted advisor to bring their data to life.

+ Master Data Storytelling: Craft persuasive narratives that combine data, context, and business acumen to influence HR and business leaders, ensuring insights drive decision-making.

+ Product/solution owner: Not only will you own the relationships, you will own the data and analytics solutions for your customer set. This means continually assessing efficacy and need, project managing development and updates, and delivering effective change management and communications for your products and solutions.

+ Innovate and Improve: Stay current on people analytics trends (e.g., predictive modeling, AI-driven insights) and propose new tools or methods to enhance COE analytics capabilities.

+ Collaborate Across Teams: Work with other analytics consultants, developers, and the COE s to share best practices, align on priorities, and deliver cohesive solutions. Additionally, partner with our HR reporting teammates to help differentiate between true analytics requests vs. what should be reporting solutions.

+ Driving strong data governance: Partnering with domain stewards and owners to define their data, decide appropriate access controls, and enable consistent data governance experiences agnostic of whether the data is in a source system, report or analysis.

    Analytics Technical Work

+ Build Robust Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable data engineering processes using tools like Alteryx and Dataiku to ensure clean, reliable data for analysis.

+ Create Compelling Visualizations: Design and deliver dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Tableau, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

6 years in data analytics, data engineering, or people analytics, with a focus on consulting or stakeholder-facing roles.

+ Strong skills in data engineering tools and best practices, in particular experience with Alteryx and/or Dataiku

+ Advanced proficiency in data visualization using PowerBI and Tableau to create impactful, stakeholder-ready dashboards.

+ Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) or people analytics tools is a plus.

+ Consulting & Storytelling Skills: Proven ability to engage stakeholders, ask insightful questions, and present data in compelling, narrative-driven formats that influence decisions.

+ COE Expertise: Ability to quickly learn and specialize in a COE domain (e.g., Talent, L&D, Compensation), understanding its unique metrics, challenges, and strategic goals.

+ Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with COE leaders and work effectively in a team-oriented analytics environment.

+ Mindset: Curious, proactive, and adaptable. Passionate about using data to solve HR challenges and improve the employee experience.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience supporting HR functions (e.g., Talent, L&D, Compensation) is a strong plus.
