Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team and support our customer s mission-critical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced PowerApps and Power BI solutions tailored to our customer s needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of these solutions with existing systems and secure data sources. Additionally, you will ensure that all solutions adhere to security protocols and standards, including compliance with the Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI).

This is a hybrid position, currently full time remote.

Qualifications:

+ Active Top Secret Clearance.

+ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ Proven experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).

+ Strong knowledge of integrating data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based environments.

+ 3 years of professional experience in Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

+ Experience with solution architecture, including system integration and data security.

+ Knowledge of security standards, RBAC, and compliance frameworks is a plus.

+ Excellent self-management skills with the ability to lead projects independently, drive initiatives, and coordinate with others effectively.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Job Requirements:

+ Proven experience designing and implementing PowerApps and Power BI solutions tailored to meet specific mission or customer requirements.

+ Expertise in developing architectural frameworks for integrating Power Platform solutions with existing systems and secure data sources.

+ Strong ability to build advanced PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and create complex Power BI dashboards.

+ Proficient in creating business process automation workflows using Power Automate.

+ Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure successful solution implementation.

+ Ability to serve as the primary technical point of contact for Power Platform solutions.

+ Knowledge of ensuring solutions comply with security protocols, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

+ Experience implementing solutions in alignment with Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI) and adhering to organizational standards.

+ Expertise in designing and optimizing Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

+ Ability to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of reporting solutions.

+ Experience in integrating external data sources securely using on-premises data gateways.

+ Proficiency in SharePoint (Office 365) and Graph.

+ Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and data modeling best practices.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI).

+ Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.

+ Experience with large-scale data integration projects.

+ Hands-on experience in Microsoft GCC environment.

+ Experience in Dataverse.

+ Experience integrating on-premises and cloud-based data sources via secure data gateways.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
