The Electronic Systems (ES) Sector s International Business Development function is seeking a Business Development Director for International Partnerships. This position will be based out of Nashua New Hampshire and will support international captures across all ES Business Areas. This position will be responsible to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with international industry in support of ES Sector global expansion.
Specific Activities Include:
+ Develop and maintain a Sector-wide International Partnership Strategy
+ Foster long term business to business relationships with strategic international partners
+ Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new models for international business execution
+ Translate customer understanding (Voice of Customer) into actionable requirements
+ Customer mapping and stakeholder analysis
+ Geopolitical, Market, and Competitive Intelligence & analysis development
+ Coordination of international strategies and activities among internal BAE stakeholders
+ Participate in Black Hats and color-teams to assess competitive position, refine win strategies and readiness to pursue/win/bid/execute
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of experience working in international Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationships
+ Prior knowledge of and experience with Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales programs
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience presenting at executive level
+ Relationships and understating of international industrial (aerospace and defense) landscape
+ Knowledge of International contracting and current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors
+ Experience managing international business-to-business relationships
+ Proven track record of effective and efficient stakeholder management
+ Current DoD Clearance (Secret)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelors degree or higher
+ Knowledge of export control and technology transfer policies
+ Willing to travel domestic and international 25-50% of time
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
