    This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are team-oriented, and are committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

     

    **Schedule:** Wednesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM with opportunities for overtime

    **Pay Range:** $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general labor tasks at the transfer station, including site cleanup and equipment support

    + Safely flag and direct traffic entering and exiting the facility

    + Assist customers with unloading and disposal processes

    + Operate minor equipment as needed

    + Occasionally drive within the landfill area (requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record)

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physically demanding outdoor role

    + Comfortable working in environments with strong odors and varying weather conditions

    + Ability to stand and work outdoors for up to 10 hours per shift

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

    + Willingness to work at multiple locations if needed

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + This is a safety-sensitive position and requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
