• Remote Salesforce Business Analyst

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking 3 fully remote Business Analysts to join the Commercial Sales Operations team at a worldwide simulation software company. This team shepherds the business users through the process of requesting and implementing accurate requests and changes as it relates to Salesforce and documentation of operational processes. This team is responsible for gathering business requirements from the 3500+ users including direct and indirect channel partner users. The team consists of product owners/BA’s/System Administrators/Change Administrators. Functioning as a business analyst and administrator, this role will be responsible for translating business requirements to provide recommendations, best practice, and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights while also executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with process architect/product owner – meet daily/weekly

    • Join requirements gathering sessions – have all the deliverables ready

    • Work with process architects with what the tech team can work on

    • Process mapping

    • Crafting user stories with acceptance criteria

    • Validating testing – testing support – UAT + creating test scripts

    Skills and Requirements

    - 5+ years of exp. as a business analyst

     

    o Leading requirements gathering sessions, creating clear deliverables, executing on those deliverables, etc.

     

    - 1 year of experience with a Salesforce Project

    - Experience with Salescloud

    - Exp. w/ user acceptance testing (UAT) - Salesforce Certifications

     

    - VIZIO Exp

     

    - JIRA or ADO experience
