    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly driven ETL Developer with strong experience in IBM DataStage, enterprise scale data integration, and complex SQL. This role supports a major reporting solution within a financial environment, helping the team transition from a transactional database to a fully optimized reporting database on Oracle Exadata. This is a hands on, high impact role ideal for someone with ownership, initiative, and strong technical depth. This role is 3 days onsite in Plano, TX.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 8+ years of ETL development experience

    • Strong hands on experience with IBM DataStage.

    • Experience with Oracle Exadata and large scale data movement

    • Proven ability to write complex SQL queries for large datasets.

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    • Background in database to database ETL in high volume enterprise systems (large daily ETL volumes - tens of millions of rows)

    • Excellent communication and ability to work across distributed teams • Financial industry or large enterprise experience

    • Exposure to Kafka or Oracle GoldenGate for streaming/replication.
