    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Quality Technician to join one of their clients in Cleveland, OH.

     

    This role ensures incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished goods consistently meet specification and quality standards. You’ll work hands‑on at receiving, on the production floor, and in the lab—focusing on accurate measurement, thorough documentation, and timely communication to keep production moving and products compliant.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma

    • Demonstrated aptitude / ability

    • Prior experience in manufacturing / quality control / inspection environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving inspection

    • Production floor process / product audit

    • Final dock audit

    • Routine lab testing

    • Product nonconformance reporting / resolution

    • Corrective Action

    • Gage care and maintenance as directed

    • Perform measurement and testing procedures accurately

    • Work independently without direct supervision

    • Able to perform multiple tasks through to completion

    • Assist in the timely resolution of nonconformance issues

    • Timely and detailed communication to supervision and management (written and verbal)

    • Other activities that support the overall quality system 2+ years of experience in the field
