    Job Description

    Insight Global is searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team at one of our largest entertainment clients. This person will be responsible for testing the Web, Mobile & connected devices across the organization. They will be tasked with writing manual test cases for end user testing and utilizing test rail. They should have strong communication both verbally and written. They will be creating test reports based off test findings in a clear and concise manner. Experience testing any type of connected, svod or OTT products would be best for this role. This person much be local to the San Fransico area and comfortable onsite 5 days a week to have access to the testing lab. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, location and education. Hourly rates range from $50-65/hr. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable state law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 6 + years of quality assurance testing experience on consumer facing Mobile & OTT / SVOD smart device products

     

    - Experience writing manual test cases for end user testing and using TestRail

     

    - Ability to document and create test reports in clear and logical manner

     

    - Experience using Jira for ticketing and documentation

     

    - Strong leadership and problem solving skills for testing and production on a range of platforms and products

     

    - Scripting experience with HTMP, CSS, Javascript would be a plus
