Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and operationally strong Technical Program Operations Manager to support cross-functional engineering workstreams and keep teams aligned, informed, and moving efficiently. This role sits behind the scenes, partnering closely with technical leads, TPMs, and the CTO organization to ensure high-quality execution, clear communication, and operational rigor across key initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive operator with a strong understanding of technology and software delivery practices, paired with the communications, analytical, and organizational skills needed to support a fast-moving technical organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Team Operations

Lead and facilitate recurring team check-ins, ensuring alignment across workstreams and surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

Support workstream leads by organizing drivers, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.

Maintain operational momentum across teams, ensuring deliverables move forward and follow-through happens consistently.

CTO & Executive Support

Prepare materials, updates, and talking points for CTO-level communications, reviews, and strategic discussions.

Manage and coordinate content for global all-hands meetings, including narrative development, slides, and cross-team inputs.

Communications & Materials

Build clear, concise communication materials to support program updates, risk summaries, status reports, and strategy documents.

Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

Operational Rigor & Analytics

Implement and maintain operational processes and frameworks that improve predictability, visibility, and delivery quality.

Conduct operational and strategic analysis to support planning, prioritization, and decision-making.

Partner with TPMs to understand technical risks and delivery challenges (while TPMs handle deep technical dives).

Skills and Requirements

Operational Excellence

-5–8 years of experience in technical program operations, technical program management, or a similar delivery-oriented role.

-Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

-Experience building and delivering polished communication materials (e.g., executive presentations, all-hands content).

-Strong operational analytics capability—able to synthesize data, identify risk patterns, and drive structured improvements.

-Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure teams are supported, informed, and running efficiently.

- need to be able to drive overall operational focused goals/priorities -Experience working within engineering, cloud, or platform-focused technical organizations.

-Familiarity with agile delivery environments and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
