Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Ambulatory Analyst, III to their team to support primary care workflows. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong clinical understanding, Epic Ambulatory expertise, and hands-on experience supporting Community Connect programs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of clinical background, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to lead enhancements, integrations, and upgrade activities. They will be responsible for performing Epic Ambulatory build, optimizations, and enhancements for their primary care practice and serve as the project lead for clinical and medical-focused initiatives. They will execute build tasks tied to Epic version upgrades (2 per year) and work directly with SMEs, physicians, and leadership to gather and refine requirements, conduct workflow review and demos, and explain build decisions and impacts. This is a permanent and remote opportunity with quarterly travel and travel for Community Connect implementations.

Skills and Requirements
3–5 years of experience as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst, including project work in enhancements, optimization, and post-live stabilization
Epic Ambulatory Certification
Primary Care background (outpatient specialty experience also acceptable)
Strong experience supporting order and results interfaces (labs, imaging/radiology, PDMP, immunizations, state registries, etc.)
Clinical background such as MA, RN, LVN, CNA, etc
Epic Community Connect experience (build, optimization, implementation)
Strong drive, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication skills with clinicians, SMEs, and leadership Additional Epic credentials or badges (SmartForms Certification, OPA Badge, Health Maintenance Badge)
