    Job Description

    The SAP Material Management Analyst will support and optimize plant‑level SAP processes by gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining project scope, and developing both business and test plans. In this role, you’ll work extensively within SAP to configure and validate customizations, troubleshoot material‑movement issues such as backflush functionality, and create or simulate the necessary test data when system environments lack real‑world conditions. You’ll partner closely with Global Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate testing, resolve gaps, and guide enhancements through approval and into production. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on problem‑solving, and the ability to communicate clearly with users to ensure system readiness and successful adoption.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years of BA/Analyst experience

     

    Strong SAP background with 2-3 years of manufacturing or inventory/material movement experience (MMPP - materials management production planning)

     

    Need to have experience with customizations, (ex. z tables, z transactions)

     

    Need to have project experience, know how to pull requirements

     

    Need strong personal skills to work with various personalities/stakeholders to set up initial functions
