    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager responsible for overseeing MES‑focused manufacturing application support, leading onshore and offshore teams, resolving production‑impacting issues across PLC→MES→MOM systems, and ensuring stable, efficient operation of Toyota’s manufacturing technology environment.

    Compensation:

    $35/hr to $40/hr

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in Information Technology

     

    Experience working hands on in application development

     

    Experience working in a manufacturing environment utilizing manufacturing operations systems (MES / MOM)

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based business tools IT management experience

     

    Vendor management experience

     

    Project management experience
