Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join one of their financial services clients in Midtown, NYC. The ServiceNow Developer is a key member of the Architecture & Automation team, responsible for platform support, maintenance, and delivering complex enhancements. Collaborates with ServiceNow teams and stakeholders to implement updates and new features. Requires experience in ServiceNow administration, configuring plugins, managing update sets, testing, workflows, and troubleshooting. Strong communication and rapport building skills are essential to gather requirements and deliver solutions. This is 1-2 days a week onsite in Midtown, NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide operational support, maintenance, and configuration in ServiceNow
•Manage backlog items (incidents, enhancements, access requests) and resolve issues
•Diagnose technical and business problems; recommend improvements and automation
•Support testing, validation, and update set promotions
•Build reports and dashboards, document requirements, and changes
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
•Handle end-user requests professionally; prioritize and escalate as needed
•Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
•Participate in on-call support and ensure fixes are validated

Skills and Requirements
•4+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer
•Knowledge of administration and scripting
•Scripting languages within ServiceNow Platform
•Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with external systems
•Experience with implementation and configuration of ServiceNow’s Now Assist solution
•Experience with Service Portal and/or Employee Center configuration
•Experience with Service Operations Workspace configuration •ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) background
•Experience with AWS/Azure
•Experience with workstation management automation software
•Strong documentation skills
•ServiceNow administration or advanced administration certification
