    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Controls Operations Manager, that is responsible for enhancing the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of operations by implementing effective strategies.

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    • Lead team members to exceed performance targets and organizational goals, overseeing manpower schedules alignment with project timelines.

    • Responsible for management of capital and cost center budgets, controlling costs and using methods such as cost-benefit analysis to improve efficiency and sustainable growth rate.

    • Evaluate operational management systems, processes, policies and best practices in support of organizational goals.

    • Champions Quality/LEAN/reliability principles (e.g., pull planning, six-week look ahead, value mapping, contraints logs, etc.).

    • Oversees construction processes designed to complete projects safely, with a high standard of quality and expected productivity.

    • Manages relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
