Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Supervisor with the vision and leadership to guide a team of developers through a high-volume, highly varied workload. This is a manager-track role: you’ll lead people and delivery, set direction, and ensure quality—not be a full-time coder—while staying technical enough to review code, make architecture-informed decisions, and query data when needed.
You’ll thrive here if you operate with a startup mindset inside an established, stable company: you take initiative, move quickly, learn new tech, and collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional partners.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to [email protected] learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

• SQL proficiency (able to write basic queries independently).
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative quickly, operate with urgency, and learn new technologies fast.
• Comfortable managing high-volume workloads and prioritizing in environments with more demand than capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executives regularly. • Exposure to parts of our stack:
• React (with Node.js) + PostgreSQL
• Oracle PL/SQL with Oracle Forms
• Experience introducing or maturing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Background in integrations, legacy modernization, and ticket-driven operations.
