    The role:

    We’re looking for a Content Designer to shape clear, helpful in product messaging across customer-facing and internal tools. You’ll design with words as you craft UI designs, error states and patterns that make complex tasks simple. You’ll partner with designers and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ship experiences that are consistent, friction-free and aligned to business goals. You’ll help refine technical customer communications to be more human and accessible to all customers.

    What you’ll do:

    • Elevate the customer experience with thoughtful, concise UI content such as labels, microcopy, tooltips, error and empty states.

    • Deliver content that supports the unique needs of B2B users in complex environments with consistency across channels.

    • Design and write for customer- and employee-facing tools to meet business and technical requirements.

    • Apply universal design to content by using plain language, predictable patterns and information architecture to ensure accessibility and support assistive technologies.

    • Contribute to and help govern voice, tone, style and brand guidelines within our style guide and design system.

    • Work with technical teams to update customer-facing email notifications to better align with voice and tone.

    • Use research and data to inform design decisions, then test them for confidence.

    • Participate in critiques, design reviews and brainstorming sessions, incorporating feedback with care.

    • Oversee the content strategy and voice for one or more product areas.

    Skills and Requirements

    Direct Experience

    • 7+ years of relevant work experience

    • Comfort working in Figma and contributing directly to design files (independent work)

    • Experience using data (qualitative and quantitative) to make decisions and tell a story

    • Experience with Jira, Trello, and Lucid

    **Need to share a portfolio or work samples that show how you've solved complex product problems with content

    Soft Skills:

    • You think like a designer and write like a human. You know how content shapes workflows, reduces friction, and drives outcomes.

    • An understanding of UX product design best practices, design thinking and the ability to distinguish content design from marketing copywriting.

    • Experience collaborating in cross functional teams and working autonomously.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting designs and ideas to partners and leaders.

    • Solid time management and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment. This role is 4 days/week onsite in Denver, CO

    Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr

    **Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
