    Job Summary:

    The Senior Compliance Data Analyst serves as a professional within the Corporate Compliance Department, responsible for advancing the administrative, technical, and analytical operations of the WMC Health Network’s Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Program. This role reports to the Director of Compliance, Ethics and Integrity working in close partnership with the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer (Deputy CCO) and the Director of Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity, supporting the enterprise compliance program through effective data management, performance tracking, and coordination of systemwide initiatives. The Senior Analyst manages the compliance case management platform (e.g., Navex, EthicsPoint, or similar system), produces actionable compliance metrics, and provides the analytical backbone that supports risk mitigation, regulatory reporting, and leadership decision-making. The position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, administrative acumen, project management ability, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the compliance program operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    + Work collaboratively with the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance, Ethics & Integrity to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing operations of the Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Program.

    + Serve as the administrative and analytical lead for the program, ensuring efficient coordination of compliance projects, reporting deadlines, and leadership deliverables.

    + Assist in the preparation of materials for the Executive Compliance Committee, Board Audit & Compliance Committee, and other governance forums.

    + Support the development and tracking of the Annual Compliance Work Plan, ensuring progress is documented and metrics are updated for leadership review.

    + Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives, ensuring timely execution of program objectives across regional hospitals and physician practices.

    + Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify compliance trends, monitor emerging risk areas, and assess the overall effectiveness of the Compliance Program.

    + Design and maintain compliance dashboards, performance scorecards, and risk heatmaps, providing leadership with meaningful data insights for decision-making.

    + Collaborate with compliance managers and regional compliance staff to gather data across the network and ensure consistent application of reporting standards

    + Conduct routine data reconciliation, quality assurance checks, and variance analyses to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

    + Support enterprise compliance assessments and audits (e.g., OMIG self-assessment, internal audits, and OIG program effectiveness reviews) through data compilation and analysis.

    + Generate reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory submissions and Board-level presentations

    + Serve as the primary administrator and system lead for the compliance case management, reporting, and disclosure tracking platform (Navex, EthicsPoint, or equivalent).

    + Manage intake, routing, and closure of compliance inquiries, investigations, and reports in collaboration with compliance leadership.

    + Develop and refine workflows, templates, and automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data transparency.

    + Assist with policy management workflows, including tracking reviews, revisions, and approvals.

    + Support departmental budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative logistics for the Compliance Office as needed.

    + Take a lead role in managing and executing compliance-related projects, such as policy automation, data migration, audit scheduling, and technology optimization.

    + Collaborate with the Deputy CCO and Director of Compliance to streamline processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identify operational efficiencies.

    + Actively contributes to compliance program modernization efforts, including technology upgrades, workflow automation, and dashboard integration.

    + Develop and implement new metrics, KPIs, and analytical tools that support program transparency and continuous improvement.

    + Manage and maintain compliance program technical platforms and databases to ensure accurate data

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Experience:

    + 3 years of experience in data analysis, compliance or regulatory management in a large healthcare facility, required

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent, required

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, preferred

    Licenses / Certifications:

    + Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), preferred.
