Job Description
Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Responsiblities
The Project Management Office within the Information Technology Directorate is seeking a skilled Senior Software Administration Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process software requests and licensing tracking.
+ Evaluate license usage and optimize licenses.
+ Update Flexara and/or software library with relevant software information.
+ Participate in audits related to software administration.
+ Lead efforts in IT asset management.
+ Conduct analysis of business information systems using applied knowledge and principals (e.g., Systems approach or Six Sigma methodology) and creates solutions to resolve problems
+ Meet with process owners and team members to ensure all requirements are met and make recommendation for improvements.
+ May establish and manage small teams (including sub-contractors) to coordinate project tasks, such as development, testing and end-user training.
+ Assist the organizational representative with defining requirements.
+ May collect, assemble and analyze metrics to meet the needs of the organization.
+ May perform data entry and processes request for information through reporting capabilities.
+ Coordinate and perform testing, and system techniques and controls.
+ Collect, assemble and analyze requirements to meet the needs of the organization.
+ Define, plan, execute, monitor, control, and successfully complete discrete elements of scope in compliance with defined schedule, costs, risk, and quality.
+ May act as a liaison to the Information Technology Division
+ Assist with communication to all levels of the organization.
+ Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 5 years’ of professional level experience or equivalent training and experience.
+ Previous project management experience and responsibilities may be helpful.
+ Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Evaluates alternatives and identifies solutions using systematic, multi-step approaches.
+ Collaboration: Facilitates discussion and resolves conflicts.
+ Achieves customer satisfaction.
+ Decision-Making: Demonstrates effective decision-making skills, including knowledge of how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions.
+ Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Project and PowerBI is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Flexera software tracking system is a plus.
+ International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers a plus.
+ Working knowledge of ServiceNow incident tracking.
+ The primary work location will be at the Losee Road Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
+ Work schedule will be 4/10s Monday through Thursday (subject to change).
+ Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
+ Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ‘ _Identity, Credential, and Access Management_ ,’ and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ‘ _Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors_ .’

Annual salary range for this position is: $80,579.20 - $120,868.80.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
