    Job Description:

    + Answers the telephone in a professional and polite manner, communicating information to appropriate personnel.

    + Notifies patients, physicians, and support staff of changes impacting the schedule. Updates information in the EMR as necessary.

    + Interacts professionally with physicians, patients/families, and healthcare staff. Maintains a good working relationship within the clinic and with hospital departments.

    + Other duties as assigned. Responds to voicemail messages promptly. Responds to all referrals within one to two business days.

    + Obtains and enters EMR demographic and medical records/tests/scans/results necessary for the first office visit.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)

    Pay Range:

    $15.87 - $25.38
