    Job Description:

    **Schedule:** Full Time

    **Shift** : Days Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

    + Promotes cross-training and back-up capabilities among office and infusion staff.

    + Provides management support for clinical staff, with a working knowledge of their responsibilities and expectations.

    + Functions as a hands-on resource for infusion nurses to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups to complaints.

    + Maintains an active pool of prn nurses for staffing assistance.

    + Participates in community and hospital meetings, including Cancer Committee, Nursing Council, Management Action Council, and Cancer Conferences. Collaborates with Physician Office Compliance personnel and Department Director regarding the Quality program.

    + Maintains personnel files with current competence, licensure, and counseling records.

    + Works within budgetary constraints, promoting effective work habits and productivity.

    + Maintains current policy and procedure development and review, ensuring staff input on key areas.

    + Maintains knowledge of current expectations of regulatory bodies: TJC, State position is located, Commission on Cancer, NAPBC, any other accreditations and CMS.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master's of NursingOncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $87,622.70 - $162,980.09
