Job Description:

+ Evaluates patient data; develops and implements treatment plans.

+ Identifies and intervenes for suspected abuse, including sensitivity to age-specific concerns.

+ Provides education and training to staff and community members on the psycho-social aspects of mental health illnesses.

+ Develops and implements educational programs and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

+ Collaborates with healthcare providers to integrate psycho-social considerations into patient care plans.
