    Job Description:

    SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES! Up to $5,000!

     

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Supports staff teamwork, maintains confidentiality of patient information, and continuously strives to improve patient satisfaction.

    + Manages front office responsibilities, including appointment bookings, insurance verification, patient check-in, and check-out processes.

    + Completes chart preparation and abstraction activities prior to patient visits, ensuring all necessary lab, imaging, and referral information is available.

    + Rooms patients, conducts screenings, takes medical histories, records vital signs, and performs medication reconciliation.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

    Pay Range:

    $19.38 - $31.01
