    Job Description:

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    **Location:** AdventHealth Orlando, 601 East Rollins Street, Orlando, FL

    + Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing non-clinical questions and concerns.

    + Provides information about appointments, procedures, billing, and general inquiries.

    + Coordinates and schedules patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.

    + Provides patients with information and resources about their care, including pre and post-procedure care, medication guidelines, and lifestyle recommendations.

    + Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment details and communication logs.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingRegistered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $68,132.50 - $119,520.35
