    Job Description:

    + Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies. Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

    + Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

    + Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes. Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans.

    + Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams. Engages in continuous evaluation of process improvement initiatives. Develops action plans based on data collection and analysis.

    + Educates stakeholders on compliance requirements and improvement strategies. Validates the effectiveness of implemented action plans. Maintains accurate records of audits, reviews, and data collection activities. Participates in meetings and projects as directed by leadership.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Emergency Nursing (ENA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $28.92 - $53.80
